The bonuses were good if you were kept around long enough to bonus

Cons

A very heavy “hire and fire” mentality company wide. After being hired my red flags started to fly. I was told that when we hired recruits they were required to complete their first full week or they would not receive any pay. I’m not a lawyer but I’m relatively certain that’s illegal. If the company did that to you I would consider a consultation, even if you signed a contract. A contract does not override federal laws. The company also makes a habit of hiring salary, but paying hourly. Again a quick google of FLSA might be a good idea. Overall this was an extremely toxic environment and I didn’t have a single team member who felt differently, including management.

MLM has not only given me the opportunity to grow and learn. I feel fully supported by my team. You get rewarded for all your hard work. I'm able to work from home, and I feel like I'm getting more done in the day

Market shift can cause an influx or drop in work.

Pros

Good people and work relationships. Highly competitive, makes you want to work hard.

Cons

Outside sales position. The training makes it seem unrealistically easy. All the manager will say is it is “the law of averages” for making more leads. I believe if the company did not have such high turnover, they would actually have employees working for the company rather than for themselves.
