Decent Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, May resolve job related issues through chain of command. Safety is put before production on a daily basis.

Cons

Parking lots take 40-60 minutes to exit due to poor traffic flow management and disrespectful personnel cutting in line. Won't stand behind their employees when hard decisions have to be made.
