There are no pros. Horrible place to work.

Cons

Only got two shift of orientation. First day off orientation got sent for a 5 hour psych patient. They did not care about safety.

Great place for IFT EMT work.

Pros

Pay is good. Leadership is friendly and responsive. Most people are nice. Best IFT service in the region from what I've seen/heard.

Cons

Some of the ambulances have mechanical issues or aren't in the best shape. Sometimes dispatch is annoying but it varies.
