Easy job, dysfunctional management

Good equipment compared to other local IFTs flexible schedule Lots of OT available Frankly job is easy

Cons

Scheduling is month to month or even week to week Both manager positions are unfilled, meaning two supervisors are running the show and several shift leads. They are being overworked and can't keep up with all the extra work. I know most are pulling +80hr weeks. Most are good people but they're just under supported.

I love helping people and saving lives... which I can do somewhere else easily.

Cons

Trucks constantly breaking down, lip service from management They don't care about their people, just profit Aweful benefits - Unsure how I'm expected to support my family with these low wages and insanely high benefit costs
