Pros
MNJ is a growing company with competitive pay & benefits. They promote a work life balance and have added so many great things for employees over the years... BCBS insurance with multiple plans, 401k match, President's Club for sales, recognition program for non-sales, company match for charities, volunteer events, internal trainings, quarterly company coffee talks, etc.
If you do your job and take ownership and accountability, then this is the best company for you! If you like to sit back and slack off, then MNJ is not the place for you.
I believe the negative reviews are from disgruntled employees that couldn't do their job but are trying to "hide" by saying they are a current employee. If I'm wrong, why would you work for such a terrible company?!? Maybe because it's not terrible and you are being held accountable for not doing your job.
Cons
While the PTO policy is very generous, the same PTO amount is given to someone working at MNJ for 2 years as someone working at MNJ for 15 years. Consider giving employees with more tenure more days off or lowering slightly for new hires.
