Pros

MOO is a great place to work. I have never worked for a company that put such an emphasis on the People. They truly live their values every day, take feedback and implement it. I appreciate as a parent, the rich parental leave, the flexible working model and time off. We also have great benefits, including print products which I have used many times for various things.

Cons

MOO offers volunteer time, but it would be nice to see a company wide initiative or event that we could all get involved in to help support a good cause :)

Pros

The People and culture at MOO make it one of the best companies to be apart of. I've worked across a number of different industries, but MOO sets itself apart from every one else. The people at MOO are like family. No matter what team you're on, or what your job title is, everyone is extremely welcoming and easy to talk too. The culture is very inclusive and engaging. Remote/hybrid work is starting to be the norm everywhere. MOO has done an excellent job with adapting a hybrid work model, but you can't help going into the office 3-4 times a week to interact with colleagues, grab free lunch on Fridays, or peak into the manufacturing floor to take in what you're apart and trying to build further. Youre not a number at MOO, youre a person. A company that truly cares and looks out for the well being of their employees is hard to come by. The benefits structure is fantastic, accompanied with an abundance of PTO/Sick time to use.

Cons

Salary may be a bit lower than other places, but the benefits make up for it.
