Pros

I loved working for MOO. The culture was great and the office was a great place to be. Leads were generally warm and excited to speak with us which is truly a breath of fresh air.

Cons

They did not handle the COVID pandemic well at all. It seemed like they were really underprepared for the company to hit a rough patch and they were caught in a bad spot and did not innovate fast enough.

- Beautiful products - Approachable senior management - Hardworking colleagues in office and warehouse - Health insurance - Friday lunch

Cons

- Low entry salary for central London, but you are promised you will be quickly promoted if you deliver results - Incredibly poor middle management on the verge of being abusive - Near to impossible to find a way up even when delivering great results - Managers do not learn from their mistake and abuse their power, putting people down any chance they get (Depending on who you are, and which department you are from, you are told that it is impossible to apply to another position in the company before completing your 1 year anniversary) - Very unprofessional and personal discussions about promoting someone or not for can be heard in the corridors, or with a meeting room door left open
