It's a relaxed environment whilst still having a very hard-working and passionate bunch of people! As a new person it's easy to settle in to get to know people and it's clear to see the company is still growing and going places. An exciting place to work.

From my first interaction with MOO through the recruitment process and then joining the team, I've always felt valued. I love how passionate everyone is about what they do at MOO! There's an amazing sense of energy and innovation. I'm excited to be part of an organisation that gives opportunities to those that go chasing them! If I have an idea that I think is of interest to the business, I can share it and people will listen. Having come from a company bigger than MOO it has been so refreshing to see a more community feel in how the business works together. This can often get lost in bigger businesses. It feels like a lot of work has gone into creating both a diverse but rich culture where employee engagement and development are increasingly progressing up the agenda. I can see a long term career for me at MOO.
