Leadership team come up with excuses about GPG rather than facing the facts, and are slow to implement any positive changes. Highly intricate Powerpoints for career progression, yet none of this is put into practice. Higher management are unaware or seem indifferent to people lower down in their teams. A lot of time spent talking and in meetings without any results.

Great people, amazing product and a genuinely fun place to work. There are so many exciting projects and the aspiration to grow and be the best is felt throughout the business.

Cons

With all the exciting projects it can be difficult to prioritise in such a highly collaborative organisation
