Pros

Free food. Great office. Good company to have in your CV.

Cons

Aggresive micromanagement disguised as agile. People suddenly disappear and you never hear from them again. Codebase is terrible and while they promise you fixing tech debt is a priority, other work is pushed to teams leaving them no time to fix anything.

A good stepping stone but not what it looks on the outside

Pros

Great office and location, employees have a good training budget which you have to spend, so you can sharpen your skills or use it for conferences, books etc. Friday free lunches and free breakfast. Good brand as a company to have it on your CV and overall a good stepping stone to move your career further but don't hang around too much.

Cons

It's very hard to get anything done, with awful backlogs and other teams create bottlenecks and blockers. Bureaucratic culture and poor decision-making on big initiatives from management. Cliques in upper management and if you're not one of the cool kids, you won't be given any support to get your work done. Huge legacy in the codebase which complicates everything you do and a lot of politics between the execs which creates a blame culture as well. As a company it has a strong brand and looks very fluffy on the outside but on the inside is a big mess! No wonder most people stay for a year, year and half and leave.

Pros

This was the easiest job I've ever had because I literally couldn't do anything. It's so hard to get anything done, so the workload is crazy light in some teams with awful backlogs and bottlenecks in others. Only company I've ever seen where execs tell their teams to lower their ambition and expectation regularly. This means it's not too stressful, you leave the office on time. Also there's free food.

Cons

Appalling decision-making. Cliques, in-crowds. All of that. If you're not one of the cool kids, you won't be given any support to get your work done, plus projects will get canned if someone in creative doesn't like it, regardless of value to business. Creative opinion is seen as more important than any performance data, qual or quant. Leadership is weak and directionless.
