Pros

MOO is a great place to work for young professionals. They have a high focus on culture and employee happiness. They have amazing benefits like great insurance plans, fee Friday lunches, a ton of PTO and beer in the office! Like all jobs, you will not be handed anything, you have to work for you promotions, bonuses, commission but if you put the work in you are highly rewarded. It is a very young and fun atmosphere to be a part of.

Cons

Our Denver office only has a sales and design department. Would be nice to eventually have other departments, marketing, HR, etc., to expand our company knowledge.

The people are what make MOO. You have great support from your colleagues and the initiatives which are there are challenging but stimulating ones to help your development and MOO's ambition

Cons

Lots of people hired from a recent High street department store, its is less a start up these days and more corporate, sadly.
