A lovely company to work for

Pros

Genuine collaborative and supportive culture. Very little hierarchy and feels like a big family of people willing to go out of their way to help each other and move the company forwards. Great engineering culture and a real belief in agile.

Cons

Very few. Growth causes some communication pains at times, and as the company grows it's harder to know everyone, but people make an effort to keep communicating and not fall into silos

Great office Free lunch on Friday Free breakfast Free ice cream! Relaxed environment, whilst having a great mixture of like minded ambitious individuals who roll up their sleeves when necessary.

Cons

Need to do a lot of exercise to keep up with all the free food!
