Location nice office environment and facilities Cafe with good prices on site Good benefits Talented and smart people, great sense of humor, really really good design

Toxic environment with the most disjoint leadership team ever Forced friendly culture, everyone is smiling and laughing but then don't greet you in the elevator Lack of process and structure Some people have reached a level of cynicism where they don't bother and do the absolute minimum Negativity and despair are common topics in most 1:1 conversations Poor management skills at middle management and above High ego culture - focused on demonstrating value and getting promotion fast, rather than improving bottom line and generating value Chaos and inability to manage change
