Pros

- The company is committed to employee happiness - Free breakfast and lunch on Fridays - Super nice, fun, engaging team - Great benefits - Board games in the office

Cons

- No stock options for most employees - 15 vacations days is less that I had in my previous company, so it seems light

Pros

Mostly a good culture. Good perks. Fabulous Peers Interesting product. MOO is a great place to work if you just want to get on and do some work which is interesting and challenging with some incredibly talented and driven peers.

Cons

Stupid, stupid politics. HR struggle to understand the technology side of the business and make bad decisions because of it. Little career progression. Goals and vision meaningless in the context of day-to-day work. MOO is a bad place to work if you have any seniority and want to get actually get stuff done without dealing with senior management/C-Level politics.

Pros

Good working culture. Very friendly colleagues and HR. Lots of free food & outings. The company genuinely care about their employees' wellbeing. Chances to work on really meaningful work. If you work in tech, it's a great place to learn and develop yourself.

Cons

Some departments have friendly & supportive management, some others not quite and office politics could get a bit too much. Company roadmap put a lot of pressures on product delivery.
