Pros

MOO is a fun company to work for with great culture and people. You will learn a lot about print and the company has amazing benefits and great PTO. A great home life/work balance and flexibility.

Cons

Base salary is on the lower end of an average KAM at other companies. Commission plan changes fairly frequently and can be inconsistent with earnings.

Pros

I've been with MOO for 14 years, starting as a Supervisor and progressing to a Director role. This speaks volumes about the opportunities for growth within the company, though it's important to understand that advancement here often takes time and dedication. Throughout my tenure, and particularly in my management roles, I've always operated under the philosophy of FCC: Fair, Consistent, and Communicative. MOO firmly believes in treating all team members equitably, applying policies and expectations consistently, and ensuring open and honest communication. Other Pros- great holiday /vacation time allowance. Great 401k company match along with healthcare and vision plan.

Cons

Progression Can Be Gradual: While growth is possible, it's not always rapid. Be prepared to put in the time and effort to move up.

Pros

None anymore, which is sad

Cons

Business looks nothing like it did 5 years ago. Any perks have been cut, the once great culture is non existent, and the general atmosphere is downright unpleasant. Senior leadership is aloof and uninterested in anyone below them. The supposed commitments to diversity and inclusion, health and well-being, etc are merely for show, and are not actually practiced - look at the "diversity" of SLT for starters. Gossip and toxicity are a huge problem - HR is often sharing confidential information with others, which spreads through thr company quickly. Any charm that the company once held is gone, and it's become an uncaring, corporate dystopia.
