Young environment, good for recent graduates to get in the tech industry

Cons

Management is poor, well below average starting salary, no room to grow with company, micro management with no coaching and direction, revolving door.. The only way you are accepted by your peers and position yourself for success is to attend happy hour with management or be an alum to certain alma maters. Sorority like atmosphere where decision making is supported on social aspects rather than actual business metrics and goals.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to win paid time off or half days. Younger group of people so its an easier work environment because everyone is in the age same category.

Cons

Managers play favorites based on who attends happy hours or drinking socials. They have standards and rules to follow but if you hang out with your superiors those rules don't apply. Training is not up to par and they need to greatly approve on it.

Good location, good food places nearby.

Cons

Stressful environment, the workplace culture is similar to a high school cafeteria, and I don't mean for that to come across as anything but my personal opinion, and most team leaders are in dire need of management training.
