Pros

Work from home is ok

Cons

This company does nothing but lie - to employees and to members. They lied during the interview and throughout training about the company and job. You will never move up or switch positions, they lie about that too. The company will add new states and new health plans every other week, put you through day-long or half-day trainings, and provide no additional compensation. The supervisors are nit picky, terrible, and all have different answers for questions. No real help and you can work full time but still are below poverty level while the company sends out emails bragging about the billions in revenue they made. Disgusting company that leaves people stranded in wheelchairs and tells us there is nothing we can do to help.

Pros

I only worked with this company for a short time, but during my employment it became abundantly clear that there is a severe deficit in anything that resembles a "pro."

Cons

I worked for Access2Care when it was aquired by MTM. Initially there was trepidation but the possibilities of working with this company far outweighed the fear in my case. I couldn't have been more wrong. From what I learned of the entire training department (aside from most of the trainers) they value "Yes Men" and anyone with a personal connection to people in higher up positions, they do not value people who know how to do their job. I was part of a massive lay off that affected multiple areas of the business, however the reason they let me go kept changing. First, it had to do with seniority, well that's nuts because I had been there for quite a long time. Then, it was because my position no longer existed. Well, my title was one thing but my job description was another (I know, not great but whatever) yet they had already moved me to a new position within MTM. Now I am hearing that it was because I wasn't "Team MTM" enough for them, keep in mind I had been one of the most vocal in my excitment to join the company...before I knew exactly how unprofessional they are. Did I mention that this work environment is extremely hostile, petty, and unprofessional? Well, I'm sure you'll be shocked to know that they treat "outsiders" like garbage! They will work you to death then give other people credit for YOUR hard work (I witnessed this so many times I lost count and all of these situations involved other employees that came from Access2Care) and they do not listen if you have a concern. Long story short, this company is absolutely terrible and I cannot believe they are able to stay standing with how chaotic and disorganized they are.

Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

Non-stop calls. I worked mostly from MTBA and MTM bought them out. MTBA was okay, but MTM seems like too much micro-managing.
