Work from home Managers are very sweet

Cons

-If you’re disabled in any way they will not accommodate. -They’ll tell you you’re only working a few states. You’re probably gonna work 12 by the end of your 90 days. -You are micromanaged -Only 5-10 minutes per day for bathroom breaks -Mandatory overtime, even if you’re part time -The members are absolutely awful. -You will likely have to work holidays at full time hours even if you’re part time. -No paid lunch. -You’re penalized for tech issues -It is impossible to get time off

Cons

Terrible management and leadership at the corporate level. There is extremely high turnover, from people either quitting or from them just firing people after getting work out of them. There is zero communication. I don’t care how good the pay seems, it isn’t worth it.

Very laid back dress code & free coffee.

Cons

Ridged adherence, in a cubicle that was referred to as a dog kennel. Never get time to meet your co-workers. Don’t think about getting sick or needed to leave early or coming in late, docked “points” every time. If you get to many points, bye bye! Very uncomfortable chairs, bring your own. Upward move does not seem to exist. Be ready to be yelled at most of the by members/clients and repedative work. Retention is very low, new training classes all the time, only 3 of 7 made it from my class, training was fun. Good luck.
