You can quite and find a decent place of employment.

Cons

This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. They are unprofessional and they don't care about their employees. I would not have given them half a star!

Pros

I worked super hard, learned a lot and met lots of friends along the way.

Cons

This company puts on a big show always saying they are a "family" but that is a complete joke. Upper management will lie right to your face, steal and cheat anyone in their path. It all starts with the CEO who has zero morals professionally and personally. It doesn't matter how hard you work or your value because every decision in this company is based on emotion. I don't know how they stay in business honestly.

Restructuring Nightmare

Pros

Most employers are cool to work with. And really try to put the company first. Even during adversity from unnecessary changes.

Cons

Restructuring again has caused many issues and departments are lost. Most, not all directors and Managers are clueless and have absolute favoritism. Those that have been there for years continue to be under utilized with the talents they have and will soon all leave to find better paying jobs and structure without a constant fear of is this the day we make cuts again.
