Nothing good about this company at all

Cons

These people are the worst. I have never had a more unprofessional working environment and all the negative e-mails that were sent at least once a day. I had a caller threaten to commit suicide and then I get in trouble for being off the phone to call 911 to get her assistance. They time your bathroom breaks and punish for having to go.

They care about your health and have cool benefits but they also frown upon people of a larger size. If they start listening to the low level employees Ibelieve she could improve her company

Cons

You do not get promoted by what you know only who you know, to much nepotism. A large family and friendly based company.

Relaxed atmosphere (if you are not a CSR).

Cons

Immature business, weak management staff, very few employees with any Corporate skills, never an agreed upon focus and zero follow through, everything is done last minute, rushed, and done as an emergency situation.
