      Pros

      Lots of employee perks, they ordered Pizza when we were told we had to come to the office during a snow storm

      Cons

      Very top down, I was told the only way I could advance is if I credited all my work to my boss, who took credit for all my successes anyway and assigned me any blame.

      The benefits and pay were nice.

      Unorganized Unprofessional Terrible shared services management Not allowed to speak up on issues Not allowed to disagree without reprimand. Petty/bully behavior from higher ups Systems are counterintuitive here Impossible to grow Vindictive atmosphere

      Very cut throat management style

      Pros

      Insurance is very good, 401k is very good as well.

      Cons

      IT Leadership with this company is very cut throat, and micromanagement is at a severe level. Training is so horrible, that the trainer barely lasted a year here. It's a sink or swim type of situation. Turn-over has been way too high. There's very much validity to the previous complaints.
