      Weekly paycheck, gifts by the ceo, experience, paid certificates

      IT mgmt is terrible, I went to this company everyday and literally dreaded my job until I had enough. The health insurance is garbage, my direct manager literally belitted me everyday and made me feel like trash since I was younger in the IT dept. I sent several complaints to HR but they did nothing. This company needs to look at the management and clean house, what a toxic horrible place to work. All the good people have left now because of a few bad managers. John Dotson is a great guy but the rest of the team needs to be let go.

      Pros

      The atmosphere of the workplace is great! Everyone in the office is very cordial and generally interested in your personal life. Other employees enjoy getting to know you on a personal level and make you feel welcomed.

      Cons

      Adjusting to a fast-paced, high-workload took some time and was frustrating at the beginning of my time here. I was kind of thrown into many different tasks with different processes. Now that I'm adjusted to these tasks, the days go by more smoothly.

      Pros

      MYR Group is a great place to work. I have been able to grow into a career that I love based on internal growth from the company. My direct manager values his employees and empowers me to know that I make a difference in MYR Group and that I matter within the organization!

      Cons

      Parking can be difficult on occasion in the Henderson lot.
