Pros
the resident services coordinator role is the easiest job a person could have, and you get paid very well for doing almost nothing. I started in December just for on-call, and have already been given 3 permanent days a week! (very big deal for a part time job, plus you can pick up shifts) and it shows that they promote from inside, so you can move to other jobs within the company, with room for growth. they're also super flexible scheduling around a second job or school, and calling off or requesting days off is easy and not a big deal because there are on call people to pick up hours. I also had to stay in the hospital for a weekend and everyone made sure my shifts were covered and got several messages wishing me well! (a lot more than I can say for other jobs that just demand a doctors note) and most residents are very nice! (plus double pay on holidays, and big cash bonus if you refer a friend that gets hired)
Cons
the mailman is super mean
