      Had the opportunity to learn new database (Salesforce).

      Cons

      No flexibility in schedule, lack of support/care from management, Resident Services and Leasing teams are disconnected and unorganized making interactions with residents difficult.

We aim to WOW every resident and visitor to our community. The position is a great way to begin your career with Mac; many of our managers started out as Resident Service Coordinators. We offer both part- and full-time positions as well as on-call shifts.       Racist supervisors! Not one minority in upper management of entire company. Employees were encouraged to LIE to residents.

      Team was cut-throat, too much favoritism, company consistently showed that they only considered you to be expendable.
