Very Poor Management

Pros

Small company atmosphere that is rapidly growing. Manage and own many buildings in the south side only.

Cons

Management is severely lacking professional skills. They look for ways to terminate associates instead of training them. Extremely political and very poor maintenance. Neighborhood apartments are not turned at move in, and many issues at move in. Company is profit driven, over customer satisfaction driven. Very high turn over rate. They can only hire out of state employees due to poor reputation locally. Company does have schizophrenia!

Pros

Small company, easy work, if you know what your doing!

Cons

Focus on irrelevant things, post jobs of employees while the positions are not available! No loyalty to employees and a very high turn over rate.

A Great and Exciting Firm to be a Part of.

Pros

Great staff and rapidly growing company. Lots of in-house talent, very aggressive acquisitions and bold long term portfolio, potential for huge long-term gains. The founders are very involved in the day to day operations and have seen the company go from a small portfolio property holder to owning most of Hyde Park in just a few years. Their aquisitions are obviously strategic and will capitalize in the booming resurgance of urban housing demand.

Cons

Typical growing pains of a rapidly up-and-coming company, unneccesary and often redundant "consultants" being brought in from outside, disconnect between corporate and ground level as the company takes on more and more projects. The implementation of more and more corporate structure, while understandably neccessary, has diminished the warmth that comes with working in a smaller firm.
