It's usually creepy when someone describes their colleagues as "like family," but it's really true at MacKay Sposito. Wonderful people, thoughtful leadership, challenging work and great benefits. I loved my time here and truly miss it!

Good work-life balance, lots of free food, not pushed too hard, most of the clients we work with aren't to difficult

Cons

Pay is low comparatively, management seems more concerned with stock price recently than employees, open office space is difficult to work in
