If you are wanting to work hard and put yourself out there then you will be successful at this company. They want to be successful just as much as you do.

Cons

Not any. I believe that when they have made a mistake they own up to it. And make sure it is fixed.

Fun environment. Good benefits. Gain experience in the software industry. Many people you work with are genuinely likable.

Cons

The company could be great with the right leadership in place. Unfortunately that's not the case.

Support is a great place to get your feet wet. The support aspect of what MacPractice does gives you a lot of opportunities to develop, grow and learn about both the industry of health care and IT.

Cons

The software development side of what MacPractice does feels like it's in it's infancy most of the time. There is a lot that can be improved on when it comes to how MacPractice develops software.
