A large variety of global opportunities Benefits package

Cons

A very toxic culture. Management pick a favourite and will protect them at all costs, even if it means entire teams leaving. People being promoted without enough knowledge to do the role. HR very slow to respond to anything

Good job security if you can afford to live close to London

Cons

Mostly based on a construction site. Male dominated environment. Some of the male workforce are still very sexist and derogatory about women. No flexibility. No career progression.
