      They talk a good game

      Pros

      Decent benefits (for construction), some of the best people/colleagues I’ve worked with.

      Cons

      Senior management say all the right things but don’t really live the core values. They very much look after their own interests, including ignoring toxic, bullying behaviour from certain BUDs…sexism & racism is very much alive and kicking here. Anyone who speaks up is quickly performance managed out, HR close ranks around the senior people (who are often the problem).

      Poor pay review process. The process is based on who you know and not performance/evidence based. Annual pay review is nowhere near inflation
