      Good, but lacking a few points to become great

      Pros

      The culture is good, the people are good, the projects are cool, lots to recommend it and I am already missing bits

      Cons

      The leadership have a weak understanding of how to make change happen and their initiatives fail as a result. I had little confidence in our direction regarding digital and felt I could do better work elsewhere in the end

      Good company to work for - very supportive of their employees Plenty of opportunity to diversify into other business units if requested Open to flexible working

      Currently do not have many projects Many other bigger consultancies out there winning jobs more frequently

      Good experience, but a company to work for long term

      Pros

      Great training, good opportunities if you are a go-getter. You will learn alot from a company that has a good reputation in the industry

      Cons

      They are great at selling you dreams and punting their values to anyone who will listen but really they just need bumbs on seats (like most others). You can break yourself for a project and nobody will really notice and it doesn't come with any real recognition apart from getting more projects that you need to break yourself on. Getting promoted outside of a set career path is near impossible so stay in your lane and get the experience but move on once you have it. That would be my advice
