      Pros

      Paycheck is kind of competitive and if you're in certain groups, you will work with great people.

      Cons

      Reference information needed to do the job is virtually inaccessible. Which is unfortunate given how much history these people have locked away. New software if being pushed that hardly anyone can use effectively, much less consistently. This has created even more problems when trying to pick up where others have left off. Whats worse is that the person pushing this change is not adept in its use either. Leadership in their retail group is more likely to point a finger and berate you than to figure out solutions to support and move forward.
