Pros
They have an incredibly intelligent team of executives. Very progressive and fun group of people working there. Great product with great potential, but it is not there yet.
Cons
While they have a highly skilled and incredible team with great minds, they continue to make poor decisions to the detriment of the company. They have continued to promote from within, but have also let go of people who held tremendous value. Salary was less than I had made in years. The CEO specifically is very regimented and opinionated, making him very hard to work with. If you are in Sales, and want huge growth opportunities, I would look elsewhere.,
