Deceptive and misleading

Pros

There are absolutely no pros

Cons

This place is a nightmare. They have found every way to disrupt productivity and have created extreme stress for their employees. There is no accountability for mishandling restructure. It’s almost as if someone woke up one morning and said “we should shuffle thousands of files for no apparent reason.” Employees are confused, attorneys and insurance carriers are frustrated and the company just expects the employees to deal with frustrated callers all throughout the day. On top of the madness, they have capped salaries which means no matter how hard you work, you won’t be rewarded for your efforts. Soul sucking and life draining is the best way to describe this place.

Leadership So Bad It Feels Intentional

Business Outlook

Pros

Are you kidding me? Not a single one.

Cons

From the outside, this place looks polished—great culture, clear values, strong leadership. But once you're in, it’s all misdirection. Vague emails and buzzwords pass for “transparency,” and decisions are made in a vacuum, then dumped on employees like an afterthought. The culture is completely performative. Real problems are ignored, workloads keep piling up, and any feedback that isn’t glowing gets you labeled “difficult.” Promotions go to favorites, not performers. Raises are minimal, bonuses have been cut, and any recognition feels like a box to check, not something earned. Ops managers brush off valid concerns as “negativity” rather than take responsibility for the dysfunction they help create. Leadership cares more about their image than the people keeping things running. Restructuring happens constantly, but nothing actually improves—just more chaos and fewer answers. Unless you're desperate, keep looking. This place will drain you, devalue you, and then pretend it's your fault.

Machinify Response

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear how difficult and disheartening your time here felt. That’s not the kind of environment we aim to build. Over the past year, the company has gone through significant change—structurally, operationally, and culturally. While much of that was intended to set us up for long-term growth and clarity, we know the pace and volume of change has caused disruption, fatigue, and frustration for some teams. However, feedback is being collected and acted on, even if not always publicly. Restructuring has caused disruption, yes—but also progress in areas that needed it. We take feedback seriously, including when it’s hard to hear. We’re actively working to improve how we make decisions, how we communicate them, and how we support people through times of transition. Thank you again for your feedback and contributions.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work from home.

Cons

Zero work life balance, zero care for employee wellbeing, overworked and underpaid, it seems like the company is headed towards 100% outsourcing jobs, very inconsistent and dismissive
