Pros

Most of the associates are hardworking, eager to learn, and friendly. Creating a family like atmosphere. Nice benefits, on-going training, semi-control over your schedule (associates)

Cons

Management changes constantly because corporate and upper management can be petty and narcissistic. They create engagement surveys, but dismiss the feedback. Some managers even encourage, and even rewarded, for unethical practices and will turn on the associates when caught. It's all about the bottom line. What can you do for me. Long hours, horrible pay unless they like you. District Managers and the bulk of store management teams are forced out every two years.
