Pros

They are quick to promote if you know the right people and work hard. They are very supportive to new employees. I made it from night merchandiser to Manager in 2 1/2 years.

Cons

If you are not allied with the "right: people you can stay in the same position for years with a false promises. You will work 50 hours as a manager (scheduled) and many more if you want to get your work done.
