Pros

Discounts on clearance items that's about it. Also sick days accumulate fast.

Cons

Awful management, they can't keep a staff due to a very toxic work culture .

Pros

I worked for this company for over 5 years and saw countless employees not getting treated well, payed fairly, or time off they deserved. My manger got let go by Macy’s because when their numbers started dropping they made cutbacks and didn’t want to pay that salary. No room for growth.

Cons

Downsides listed above and are too much to share here.
