Vacation used to be decent, I used to get 6 weeks a year but after Covid they took away and now it’s a week

Cons

Terrible management, if you don’t make sales they blame you and if you do make sales they don’t care or the try to find some other reason to yell at you. You could be the one person that does a double every day 6 days a week to make sure all operations get done and that’s there’s staffing and they’ll get mad because nothing was done the one day you took off to rest.
