Pros

Discounts are nice. They are generous with hours and fairly flexible. Little perks help here and there like coupons for opening up credit cards and a little bonus for meeting monthly and annual quotas.

Cons

Expect WAYYY too much out of you for an $11 an hour job. You have to bend over backwards for them for almost minimum wage. Managers are always on your case about opening credit cards. God forbid you have a day without opening one up, all Hell breaks loose. I tried to explain myself when this happened to me one day, saying most people either have one already or dont want to add credit cards to their name for a measly 20% discount. I was shocked when I was told this was "unacceptable". They expect you to make people sign up by FORCE. It is a common theme for them to forget that you are one person with 2 hands. And me, working in Mens Polo, I have a lot on my plate. If im by myself, I am expected to greet customers, man the register, recover merchandise off the floors and put it all back neatly, AND make sure I am doing it with a smile on my face. This may sound impossible, but its whats expected. Why is this place a mess they ask? I dont know, maybe its because I couldnt get off the register for 6 hours straight. Countless times I have not been able to take my break that I am entitled to. And God forbid you dont take your lunch before a certain time. I could go on and on but ill stop here. Definitely dont work here unless you have to

Pros

Good pay flexible scheduling during most times

Cons

Racist and accuse people of doing things they aren't doing. Seems like only whites get hired on permanent while they use blacks and Spanish as workhorses during Christmas time.

Very poor experience

Pros

In the web office there are some legitimately talented, passionate people. These folks were great to work with and I learned a lot from them.

Cons

Upper-mid management level (think Director) was extremely cut-throat and toxic - this funneled down to an extremely poor employment experience, where inter-office politics became the norm, word-smithing was half the job, and the stress was too low for the compensation offered. For developers and analysts, there is no good reason for working here, when there are numerous startups in the area with better compensation and more perks. Promotions were also relatively rare for in-house people attempting to work up the ladder.
