Pros

Team environment. Offer in house classes on different topics of business and leadership if you are allowed time to take them. Very charitable organization and big focus on giving back. 20% back of house discount even on sale items.

Cons

Lots of politics and red tape to get anything across or anything done. Readily let go of older employees in favor of cheaper inexperienced ones while keeping favored incompetent individuals at the top. Terrible health coverage and non-competitive salary rates.

Pros

Flexibility to blur the lines to impact wide and interested areas of technologies Embraces latest technologies Generally enthusiastic colleagues Employees have the spirit of raising funds to give back to society Summer and focal Fridays.

Cons

Extreme religious discrimination in promotions. Employees of other religions are secondary citizens. Anonymous surveys conducted by HR are actually not anonymous. Management figures out the ones who give unfavorable feedback and harasses them. HR is witness to the broken system

Pros

Weekly coaching, good peers, cafe on site with grill food and daily specials, good supervisors (however they are not hired within and they don't have good experience).

Cons

Managers aren't very involved and the point/credit attendance system is very flawed. It's described as a 'no fault policy' and this basically means that it does matter that life happens to them and there's no such thing as an excused absence. You start with 8 and you only earn .5 credits every 2 weeks of perfect attendance. Not enough vacation days are offered (only about 6-10 days a year), and it's dependent on the average hours worked per week. The upstairs where all of the desks are is never vacuumed.
