Pros

Flexible schedule, pay is soso.. Freedom and flexibility with staff

Cons

Pay is horrendous, too much focus on getting credits, not enough focus on sales. Also, deceiving customers is a definite negative. Store #776, Dadeland, Miami

Pros

Some of the pro's were seeing all the new fashion trends. The store discount was awesome, you get a Macy's prepaid credit card with a $50 credit limit which you can always add more too. And since you are Macy's card holder you can use the customer coupons and then receive 20% off of your final price. Also weekly pay!

Cons

All the scheduling was sort of ridiculous for example there is a point system when it comes to sick days or vacation days, or if you just couldn't make it. When you start out you will receive 3 points and after a month of coming in on time you will receive another 11 points. But if your ten minutes late to work, or coming from lunch you lose half a point, if you miss your shift Monday-Friday you loose a whole point, Saturday or Sunday miss shift two points. I had a funeral to attend in North Carolina and I let it be known as soon as possible they still took away points. You could be in the Emergency room and they will take away your points. once you reach zero points your fired.
