Pros

nice trainers who are very knowledgeable

Cons

can take up to a month to go through the various trial classes and interviews, still not guaranteed to get classes once you are a teacher for up to 2 months.

Thanks for your interest in us. It averagely takes 2 weeks to get hired. Booking rate is related to your rank while rank is decided by parents/supervisors' evaluation. Once hired, teachers will start to have booking right away. And once upgraded to MagicMaster, teachers will get 100% booking with us. Besides, MagicEars starts to have class in nearly April of 2016. We don't have anyone hired with us more than 1 year till now. We do hope that we can have a open communication to fix the miscommunication we may have before.

Pros

I started to apply for Magic Ears back in December 2017 and was very apprehensive about doing so. I heard a lot of negative things about the company and it scared me so I didn't finish the application process. I finally decided to fully apply in April and have had an amazing experience so far! The supervisors have been nothing but wonderful to me during my trial period and helping me grow to achieve rank! They truly do care for each individual teacher and making sure they are the best teacher possible. The staff at Magic Ears has been responsive to all my emails and always answering my questions. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the platform to teach on. You can teach up to 4 students at one time and I think it's great to have a group atmosphere. I'm glad I decided to join this wonderful company!

Cons

This is a start up company. For example, there have been several inconsistent policies from the company - sometimes it seems like their workers are not all on the same page leaving the teachers feeling confused.
