Pros

If you want to experience and be a part of building a successful international tech company in a super competitive space with great coworkers, Mailjet is the place to be. Credit to the Mgmt team and especially all of my former colleagues in building Mailjet from a local regional email service provider into a formidable international competitor and producing leading edge email innovations along the way (Passport, Real Time Monitoring, etc.). Further kudos for also building a diverse workforce in every sense of the term... Women <> Men parity and not just at the employee level but also leadership level. Multiple nationalities, cultures, languages. You'd be hard pressed to find as much diversity in any tech company the size of Mailjet! Lest I forget, the weekly sport and yoga classes offered by the company were always a great break from work and very appreciated.

Cons

If you are into structured processes, spending weeks or months on strategy analysis, enjoy well defined static KPIs, etc., Mailjet is extremely challenging. If you appreciate thinking on your feet, creative problem solving, digging in and contributing on an operational level no matter your seniority, going up against competitors 5x your size, this is the place for you.

Pros

I've worked almost 3 years at Mailjet. The team is very international (Europe, North America, Asia) and made of awesome people. Mailjet is now leading the email industry in Europe and act with an outsider market, always aiming to bring the email platform to the next stage, enabling their customers to create high performing Ema strategy. The Paris office is a great place to work, very bright, spacious. Close to parks and easy to commute to the center. Everything is made so you feel comfortable in the office.

Cons

The company is growing extremely fast, which can sometimes leads to temporary situations where things are not as structured as one could hope. Not easy for anyone to adapt to such context. However the management team always address such situations very fast.

Pros

The company is a startup culture which is definitely one of the pro's. The management team cares about the employees and works to provide us with both enough leisure time and benefits to maintain a good work/home balance. There are offices in many countries around the world and you work on a day to day basis with people in those offices so it gives a great multicultural feel. Room for advancement is possible if you show your dedicated to the company and it's growth. The other employees of the company provide a fun, witty, and knowledgeable experience that makes it enjoyable experience and work environment.

Cons

As mentioned above communication is one of the biggest cons currently, both internally and externally, however they are working to address that.
