      New Behavioral Health units look nice

      Cons

      New Behavioral Health units have electricity and sewage/plumbing problems daily Management is awful Pay is mediocre--get to do RN and Tech job Benefits are expensive Short staffed RNs every shift and never any techs for the floor

      No staff and bad management

      Pros

      Co-workers in hell together. We kept each other going with limited staff.

      Cons

      CEO makes millions. Nurses had no raise and pension frozen. 401 K match a joke. Every year the insurance rates increase with no raise. Used to be the place you wanted to work. Not anymore! Philly hospitals also pay way more.

      During the entire pandemic we were left in the dark about everything. Had to work around employees who tested positive and were not told or even offered testing
