      Onboarding is a tedious process. Initial orientations are overwhelming and ineffective. From there, you’re on your own. Zero support.

      Pay, management (or lack there of), HR department, coworkers, switching your schedule up at the last minute, the list goes on

      I couldn't be happier!

      Pros

      I love working at Main Line Health (Bryn Mawr Rehab specifically) because of the positive environment. Everyone is so kind here and it radiates through to our patients. Our employees support each other, and our management is the best of the best. I say all the time that I don't think I'll ever leave here because of all of these reasons listed. I am also very happy with the benefits here and the fact that we have a pension plan!

      What is there not to like? I can't say anything bad about Main Line Health.
