      Good training, way too much oversight

      love my patients, love my staff i enjoy that the system tries to recruit it's own residents Epic is a blessing and a curse advice: get a scribe. such a game changer for timely chart completion

      Cons

      negatives: way too much oversight, especially from non-physician nurse managers, i definitely feel like a cog in a wheel. hate that there is a contact cernter rather than my patents calling and speaking with my staff directly
