Cons
As with any large work system, you will have the handful of negative Nellies to face. It can be difficult/time consuming to push initiatives through the system to accomplish specific goals. Sometimes the buck stops at a certain level of management, so your concerns can go unaddressed if you are unwilling to give some serious pushback. Though they corporately support DEI, the general environment in Maine is somewhat vanilla, though Portland itself is more diverse.
