Pros
The patient population is pleasant, most are grateful. Outliers are always inevitable. Providers are approachable and easy to work with.
Cons
Management at the lower level, and upper levels, do not care about anything other than making money. While healthcare is a business in the United States, you would think that a non-profit organization would put more focus toward employee retention and well-being instead of profit. This is clear when employee benefits (or lack thereof) are being presented.
