      Flexible Work Timings Good Pay Scale Corporate Work Culture is Good Easy to approach seniors for guidance

      Lots and lots of red tape, i.e, bureaucracy Difficult to travel from far away regions of bangalore, their main office being located in the main hub of WEPPIA

      Pros

      Working at Manhattan Associates has been a great experience! Very good place to learn and you are compensated very well too! On site opportunities as well as very good hikes.

      Cons

      Cafeteria is not up to the mark and the food is pathetic. This is the only con i can think of.

      * Gets the chance to work on all stacks in development. * Supply chain process understandings are deeply rooted. * All time development.

      Cons

      * unknown work pressure any time. * growth after 1 year will be reaching to saturation (80%) (technology wise)..then less chances to explore more and learning curve will go down * Not much concentration on Tech skill training. * Salary is ok, but hikes are not good. * some times people say the are pressurized, people near me claimed so. * Causing all above four points there is too much attrition rate and less Knowledge management causes trouble to new joinees.
