Pros

1)Freshers are given a very well planned training program. 2)When assigned to their respective teams after training people are very helpful and come to us and ask if we need any help or are facing any challenges. 3)We get time to settle and take our own time to learn, no one forces us to complete tasks in a given time initially. 4)Managers are concerned about our career goals and assign tasks according to it.

Cons

The HR team needs to be a little more proactive and organize more fun activities in the company. But overall not much of cons as compared to pros.

Pros

Flexible work hours (depends on team) Some directors are bliss to work with

Cons

I joined Manhattan Associates as a fresher. If you are passionate about solving some real world problems, you will be highly disappointed. Although, the experience may vary from team/manager/director you work with, some interesting stuff can seldom be seen here in general. The pay is way below the industry standards. (atleast for Freshers) You may see people, who are much less technically qualified, and having much less technical competency, get higher pay than you. (This is heavily demotivating for people with real talent) Food - it's better to not talk about it Bootlickers are preferred over the ones who do real work

Pros

Good place for freshers if you are in good department and team. Great opportunity to learn technologies. Quality of code. Great cab facility.

Cons

Depending on your department and team, you can get great work life balance or worst work life balance. Not so good for experienced people. Cafeteria's food is not good. Very less fun activities.
