1)great company if you want to learn about SCM 2)great if you want to gain technical or functional knowledge 3)great transport system..Round the clock cab facilities

Cons

1)No personal life whatsoever 2)Employees are overworked and underpaid consistently 3)Considerable Favouritism is followed by almost all the seniors.Recognition is purely based on your equation with your seniors 4)Bad food quality 5)no work-life balance.Employees are forced to work 15-16 hour shifts consistently.
